Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy the full version of the Ippo Chess Academy app on this website.
1. Who sells
Seller: Ippo Chess Academy. Contact: Instagram @ippochessacademy.
The app was dreamed up and programmed by Radek; his family (the seller above) handles sales, payments and support.
2. What you buy
A license to the full version of the Ippo Chess Academy web app for the personal use of your household. It unlocks all 27 lessons and training on every device where you sign in with your account.
The license is a one-time purchase with no time limit: it is valid for as long as we run the app. It is not a subscription and nothing renews on its own.
The first 3 lessons are free, even without an account, so you can try the app before buying.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the offer and on the payment page in the currency of the country you buy from (for example USD 5, EUR 4.99, CZK 99, SEK 49, GBP 3.99), and it is final. The seller is not registered for VAT.
You pay online by card or another method offered by the Stripe payment service. Only Stripe handles card details; the seller never sees them. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
4. Account and delivery
The account is created by an adult, for themselves or as a parent or guardian for a child. Children do not create their own account.
The full version unlocks right after payment, usually within seconds. If it does not unlock within an hour, write to us on Instagram @ippochessacademy.
Stripe sends you a payment confirmation by email.
5. Money back within 14 days
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Just write to us on Instagram @ippochessacademy (you can use the template below). We will refund you the same way you paid, no later than 14 days after your message. After the refund, the full version is removed from the account.
Template: “I hereby withdraw from the purchase of the full version of Ippo Chess Academy. Date of purchase: … Account email: … Name: … Date: …”
6. If something does not work
The app should work as described on the website. If you find a problem, write to us on Instagram @ippochessacademy. We will fix it, and if that is not possible, we will refund you. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights in any way.
The app runs in common modern browsers on phones, tablets and computers.
7. Disputes
Please write to us first; we can sort out most things right away. Consumer disputes can also be settled out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

8. Effective date
These terms apply from 22 October 2026.
